Photo & Video Delivery Policy

If your purchase includes digital photos or videos, all media will be delivered via email within 2–3 business days of the completed transaction. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided at the time of purchase.

If no email address is submitted, digital media cannot be delivered. No refunds, discounts, or alternative delivery methods will be provided in such cases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and complete at checkout.
